PXP 8L
In order to feed the different requirement of customers, reduce
costs, improve production efficiency, Yush design the six heads
multi-function semi-automatic pick and place machine, PXP 8L adopts
imported linear guide, screw road, servo motor. The machine will
get the high speed and high stability. It is a highly
cost-effective pick and place machine.
all the material of X axis, Y axis and material feed platform are
made by overseas CNC brushed aluminum which has improved the
running accuracy and feeding speed.
Two kinds of visual location system, one is Mark locating visual
system in the upside another one is importing camera components
location adjust recognition system in the downside, which can
insure the accuracy of SMT.
The Z axis was powered by 6 overseas servomotors and made by CNC
brushed aluminum rod which insured the high-speed material feed.
Powerful function: with different material feeder, it can finish
different SMT for led product.
Easy operation system:
Easy maintenance: it is very easy to maintain with its simple
operation system. The maintenance cost is very low.
The software, PCB board and other components are developed by
Yush,with independent intellectual property rights.
