Operation Description:

The main parameters of the hot press equipment are temperature, time and pressure, and the three elements are controlled, and the welding products are stable. The product of the heat press welding is generally, PCB/FPC/FFC these several kinds of products are connected to each other with soldering tin, so as to achieve the function.

It is very important for welding products to set the above parameters accurately. A good solder joint may make solder plentiful to weld two appearances and melt tin in the two parts. To make the above parameters cooperate effectively, the good can be welded.

FPC is made up of two layers of polyimide and copper platinum. The operating temperature scale of FPC in 130 to 200 degrees. All can be as high as 300 degrees short welding temperature. Because when PCB and FPC are being welded, the heat dissipation effect will be brought to the indenter. FPC and PCB will absorb heat. When the head is pressed down, the welding of air and convection will cause heat dissipation. Plus FPC is between 0.02~0.12 thickness, so it may take 50 to 80 degrees loss to the welding surface. Therefore, we should add the loss temperature when setting the temperature.
